A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and schedule the design work.

5. Design & Revisions

6. Final Approval & Delivery

Once approved and the final balance has been paid, your completed logo files are supplied in the agreed formats.

REVISIONS

All packages include up to two rounds of revisions on the selected concept.

Additional revision rounds are charged at:

£75excl. VAT per additional revision round.

Typical estimated delivery times are:

• Logo concepts: 1-2 weeks
• Colour palette add-on: approximately 1 week after logo approval
• Online brand guideline: approximately 1 week after branding assets are approved

Turnaround times may vary depending on complexity, workload, and the speed of client feedback.

Our standard payment terms are:

• 50% deposit upfront
• 50% balance due before final files are released

Please note:

• Design time is reserved once your deposit is received
• Final files are not released until the final balance has been paid
• All projects are handled under a customised agreement after consultation

Trademark searches and trademark registrations are not included.
