Z4Webdomains' Standard Charges

Our standard charges at Z4Web ensure transparency and fairness in our pricing structure:

• For work conducted within the premises of Z4Web Limited, our hourly rate stands at £35.00. This rate applies to every hour or any part thereof dedicated to your project.
• For tasks undertaken at your location, Z4Web Limited charges an hourly rate of £45.00. This covers the expertise and resources extended to you, regardless of the duration.
• For web build work, we use our job timer and invoice on completion. All website build work will be charged a minimum of £50 non refundable deposit. This deposit will be increased for larger jobs.  

It is important to note that these charges encompass any work not covered by an existing maintenance, admin, or retainer subscription with Z4Web Limited. Additionally, they include telephone support for various enquiries, upgrades or modifications to your website outside any admin or maintenance package, guidance on self-executable tasks, or any other services that fall within our chargeable scope.

We value transparency, so whenever you request any service, we'll remind you of these charges, ensuring you have the option to proceed or reconsider.

Please remember that all prices mentioned are exclusive of VAT, which will be added at the applicable standard rate.
